Every woman in our facilitation circle has walked her own path of reinvention. They are not coaches standing at the front of a room. They are women who have lived it, moved through it, and dedicated their lives to holding space for others doing the same.
Each facilitator is a Master Practitioner of Integrated Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Emotional Change Technique, with deep roots in women's embodiment, somatic healing, and feminine leadership. Together they bring decades of combined experience holding space for women's growth, grief, and personal evolution.
Every Essence retreat is created by this collective. Depending on the time of year and location, a carefully chosen combination of these women will be present to guide, witness, and walk alongside you.
